An Ayurvedic health consultation is an in-depth holistic approach to well-being. It provides guidance, practices, and tools to reduce stress and live a vibrant and healthy lifestyle.

What is the Process:

During the consultation we will explore your health history in detail, discuss your personal concerns and health objectives, and perform a pulse assessment to determine your body‘s constitutional type and organ balance/imbalance. 

Based on your unique clinical state, recommendations will be made. These may include dietary and lifestyle changes, herbal recommendations, yoga therapy, pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, and self care practices.

All consultations are offered:

  • Virtually via Zoom

  • Over the phone

  • In person

The only difference with a phone or online consultation is that there is no pulse assessment. 

  • Ayurvedic Health Consultation | 75-90 minutes

    During the consultation we will explore your detailed health history, discuss your personal concerns and health objectives, and perform a pulse assessment to determine your body’s constitutional type and organ balance/imbalance. Based on your unique clinical state, recommendations will be made. These may include dietary and lifestyle changes, herbal recommendations, yoga therapy, pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, and self care practices.

    • $225 with an Ayurvedic Doctor

    • $155 with a Senior Ayurvedic Practitioner

  • A Follow-Up is where we will discuss your progress, suggest modifications to your program and answer any questions you may have. Follow-up sessions are available for all clients who’ve completed an initial consultation. We offer 15-minute, 30 minute and 45-minute follow ups for clients who have had a Health Consultation or have done Panchakarma with us and need to check in. We can discuss changes in herbal formulas and dietary and supplement questions.

    • $125, $95 or $55 with an Ayurvedic Doctor

    • $108, $75 or $45 with a Senior Ayurvedic Practitioner

    Follow-ups are offered virtually via Zoom, over the phone and in-person.

  • Receive guidance and support, for a tailored home cleanse. This nourishing and gentle process gives you the tools which you’ll have for a lifetime. An Ayurvedic cleanse can increase your immunity, balance digestive issues and provide a fresh start, as releasing toxins from the body increases clarity, vitality, and decision making.

    • One 60-75 minute consultation

    • Two 15-20 minute follow up check in consultations that may happen through prompt email correspondence or scheduled phone calls throughout the cleanse or for post cleanse support.

    • A home Guidebook with instructions on self massage, how to make kitchari (your diet for the cleanse) and which herbs or oils to take to enhance the process. Yoga asana and meditation will also be recommended.

    • An initial consultation to review your health history and check in to see when it would be ideal for you to do your cleanse.

    • A follow up consultation can be scheduled during or just after your cleanse to check in on your progress, and support you emotionally and physically.

    
Package Pricing: $255

  • This offering is designed for those who have done a home cleanse before with our center, but would like guidance again in order to take it a step deeper. You will receive a 45-60 minute consultation to discuss your needs and adapt your cleanse protocol to what is needed in this current season of your life.

Vedic Astrology Reading

Jyotisha (Vedic Astrology) is both ancient and accurate. The exact way the sky appeared at the moment you were born is likened to the GPS of your life. You will need your birth date, exact time (please double check certificate if possible) and location. In a one hour consultation you will: have your unique questions answered, learn what phase of life you are in, when it started, when it will end, what’s next and how to find balance. Whether asking about health, relationship, career, finances or spiritual practices, you will leave the session feeling empowered. You will be given tools to discover a greater sense of abundance, peace and health in your life. These consultations are with one of our senior Practitioners, Richard Powell.
